License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Flippy Block on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

The leaderboard

Level leaderboards are meant to be fun and fair. Please don't use modified clients, automated tools, or exploits to submit scores that don't reflect genuine gameplay. We may remove leaderboard entries that are clearly not legitimate.

No warranty

Flippy Block is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We work to keep it running well but don't guarantee it will always be available, bug-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or this website.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the current terms.
